The perfect digital free activity

I had a realization recently when I grabbed my coloring book during some downtime - I needed almost nothing to enjoy it. Colored pencils. Reading glasses. Maybe a cheap LED book light if it's dark. That's it.No Wi-Fi. No charge. No password. 😄And honestly? Boredom itself can be such a trigger - but it's also one worth sitting with consciously rather than immediately reaching for a screen. Coloring is the perfect middle ground. You're doing something, but gently. Quietly. Unplugged.I actually take a one-hour digital break every day and coloring counts. 🎨If you live somewhere with storm season, winter outages, or just a general case of 'Too Much Internet' - print some pages ahead of time and tuck them away - or grab your physical coloring book. 🤍

What's inside Miracles Illustrated Coloring Book: Volume 1?

One evening, I decided to color along while listening to Ken Wapnick's workshop, titled, "The Unconscious Mind." I love this workshop for every reason, but especially because he discusses "The Two Dreams" - which also plays on YouTube in a two part video snippets that run about ten minutes each. While listening and coloring lesson #5, "I am never upset for the reason I think" he began talking about that very lesson. So I took a picture that I'm sharing with you now.
